Contact Us
We read every message. The fastest way to reach us is by email at contact@entryleveljobs.co. We aim to reply within a few working days. Because this is a small independent site, it can occasionally take longer.
Before you write
A few common questions have a quicker answer than an email.
A job listing is closed, misleading or looks like a scam. Use the Report button on the job card itself rather than emailing. Each report is tied to the exact listing, so we can review it faster. Pick the reason that fits best, and if you choose "Other", give us a short description of what is wrong.
You want a job removed or changed. We do not write the postings, so edits have to happen at the source. If you are an employer, update or close the listing on your own career page or job board and it will drop off our site on the next refresh. If a posting contains information that should not be public, email us the link and explain why, and we will take it down.
You are having trouble applying. The Apply button sends you to the employer's own site, so we cannot see or fix problems with their application form. If the link is broken, report the job and we will check it.
What to include in an email
Help us help you faster by including the link to the page you are asking about, what you expected to happen and what actually happened, and the browser and device you are using if it is a technical problem.
Partnerships and advertising
If you would like to work with us, whether you are a school, a career services team, a bootcamp or an employer, send a short note about what you have in mind. Put "Partnership" in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
What we cannot do
We cannot give career advice on specific applications, guarantee interviews, or contact employers on your behalf. For general job hunting help, our blog has guides on writing a first resume and landing a role with no experience.
