Post a Job

If you are hiring for entry-level roles, you want to reach graduates and career changers who are actively looking. Here is how that works on EntryLevelJobs today.

Direct job posting

We do not currently accept direct job submissions or charge for listings. The site is built around listings gathered automatically from public job boards and employer career pages, so there is no employer account or posting form yet.

How to get your roles listed

The simplest way is to publish the role where job search engines can find it. In practice that means:

Post it on your own careers page with clear structured details. A job title, location, employment type, a full description and a visible apply link give search systems what they need to index the role. Pages that follow Google's job posting guidelines are indexed most reliably.

Say it plainly if the role is open to beginners. Titles like "Junior Analyst", "Graduate Engineer" or "Associate" and a description that states the experience level, such as "no prior experience required" or "0 to 1 years", help your listing match entry-level searches. A role titled "Entry Level" that lists five years of experience will be reported by users and may be dropped.

Keep postings current. Close a listing as soon as the role is filled. Our listings refresh several times a day, and closed jobs disappear shortly after they are removed at the source.

Be honest about pay. Including a salary range makes your listing more useful to candidates and gives them a reason to apply.

Listings gathered this way are not guaranteed, and we cannot promise placement or ranking for any particular role.

Sponsored placements and partnerships

We are open to talking about featured placements and partnerships with employers, universities and career programs. Nothing is on a public price list yet, so the best step is to email contact@entryleveljobs.co with "Partnership" in the subject line. Tell us who you are, who you want to reach and in which country. Any sponsored content would be clearly labeled and kept separate from regular job results.

Report a problem with your listing

If your company's job appears with wrong details, or a closed role is still showing, fix it at the source and it will update on the next refresh. If that does not resolve it, contact us with the link and we will look into it.
