CDL Trainee Entry Level Home Daily, Weekly, or Every 2 weeks

We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer:
- Hands-On Training Program:4–6 weeks with a certified mentor then Dailys are based on dedicated accounts availability
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,300–$1,500 on average
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks, Weekly, Dailys are based on dedicated accounts availability
- Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must have completed a 120-hour CDL school
- Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
