Key Responsibilities: Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, processing payments and verifying ID.Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.

Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.

Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.

Assist in inventory management for housekeeping supplies and front desk consumables.

Handle special requests and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel schedule.

Technical Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and overnight hours.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
