Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical inquiries and product issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems for clients in New York and Illinois.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
