Recruitment Consultant – Austin

$45,000–$50,000 Base | $80,000–$120,000 Year 1 OTE | Uncapped Commission

Looking to kick-start or develop your career in sales and recruitment in Austin?

I’m working with a growing Technology recruitment business that is looking to add six new consultants to its Austin team. The office has a really social, close-knit culture while offering the structure, earning potential and progression of an established recruitment business.

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong SALES focus. You’ll be responsible for developing your own market, winning new clients, managing accounts and building relationships with candidates.

The Opportunity

• $45,000–$50,000 basic salary, increasing to $55,000 after 12 months
• $80,000–$120,000 Year 1 OTE
• Average of around $4,000 commission per placement
• Uncapped commission
• Structured career progression with the opportunity to progress all the way to VP

The Role

You’ll be working within Technology Recruitment, building your own specialist desk and managing the full 360 recruitment process.

This includes business development, cold calling, client acquisition, account management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing deals.

They’re looking for someone who is ambitious, confident, competitive, resilient and financially motivated.

You don’t need years of recruitment experience – they’re looking for people with the personality and drive to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.
