In Home ABA Therapist Steady After School Hours

Looking for steady after school work with a schedule you can plan around?

One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) for Dayton and surrounding areas, including Monroe Township, Jamesburg, South Brunswick, Spotswood and Helmetta. You'll work one on one with a learner, with a consistent weekly schedule and a BCBA supporting you along the way.

What we offer

• $22 to $32 per hour based on experience, paid biweekly
• Consistent after school hours with the same learner each week
• Ongoing BCBA supervision and support

What you'll do

• Provide one on one ABA therapy in the learner's home
• Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs developed by a BCBA
• Help build communication, social, play and daily living skills
• Use evidence based strategies, including reinforcement and prompting
• Collect accurate session data and complete electronic documentation
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA

Who we're looking for

Experience working with children is preferred. ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be dependable, patient and professional, have reliable transportation for in home sessions, and be able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
