You'll work with: troubleshooting, ticketing, Windows/macOS, networking basics, customer service

What you'll do

• Resolve hardware, software, and access tickets
• Support Windows/macOS setups and common applications
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
• Deliver friendly, professional user support

What you bring

• A degree, certification, or coursework in IT
• Basic networking and OS troubleshooting knowledge
• Excellent customer-service communication
• A helpful, patient, problem-solving attitude
