Operations Development Trainee

Job Summary of Operations Development Trainee:

The Operations Development Trainee position serves as an entry-level opportunity designed to prepare individuals for future leadership roles such as Operations Development Trainee. During the program, trainees complete assigned tasks to build a solid foundation in operations, management, and customer service. They gain essential experience in fostering customer loyalty and learning the CVS/pharmacy culture. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are eligible for promotion to available supervisory positions within the organization.

Responsibilities of Operations Development Trainee:

• These critical leadership positions support the CVS Store Management team in advancing store execution and performance, while also focusing on enhancing consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through exceptional customer service.
• When the manager is unavailable, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing the store employees, overseeing the effective operation of store activities, and ensuring that all opening and closing protocols are followed.
