Spring 2027 Internship

USA Sport Group is seeking motivated college students to join our Spring 2027 Internship Program at our headquarters in Whitehouse Station, NJ.

Our internships provide students with hands-on experience in a professional sports organization while allowing them to gain practical skills related to their academic and career interests. Interns will work directly with our team, contribute to ongoing projects, and take on a variety of responsibilities throughout the semester.

We are currently offering internship opportunities in the following departments:

• Marketing & Communications – Support marketing initiatives, content creation, communications, social media, and promotional efforts.
• HR & Recruitment – Gain experience with recruiting, candidate communication, resume screening, hiring processes, and HR-related projects.
• Business Development – Assist with business initiatives, partnerships, outreach, research, and projects focused on organizational growth.
• Business Operations & Logistics – Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, organization, logistics, and administrative projects.
• Sports Education & Training – Gain experience in youth sports programming, curriculum development, coach education, program operations, and sports-related projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Academic credit highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
• Comfortable communicating by phone and email
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in sports is a plus

Spring 2027 Internship Details:

Dates: January 18 – April 30, 2027 (15 weeks)

Mandatory Orientation: January 15, 2027

Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling

Location: In-person at our headquarters in Whitehouse Station, NJ
