Facility Overview

This position is available at multiple locations within the region, where each office is staffed with one Physical Therapist (PT) and two Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).

Position Details

The role requires a Physical Therapist with experience in general orthopedics and workers’ compensation cases. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, as new graduates are not accepted for this position.

Key Skills and Experience

• Preferred experience in workers’ compensation
• Ability to manage a patient load of up to 55 visits per week
• Experience with evaluation times of 60 minutes
• Conduct follow-up visits scheduled every 30 minutes with one-hour treatment sessions

Patient Population

The patient demographic primarily includes orthopedic cases and light neurological disorders.

Schedule

The clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position requires availability for two evening shifts until 7:00 PM and Fridays until 4:00 PM, with some flexibility on other days.

Documentation System

Clinical documentation will be managed through NextGen, and the position includes access to an AI scribe (PROMPT Sidekick) to assist with generating compliant documentation in real-time, allowing a greater focus on patient care.

Staff Support

Each office is supported by two front office coordinators and rehabilitation aides available during all clinical hours.

Floating Requirements

The position may require floating between the Spring Mills and Martinsburg locations, following a set schedule.

Opportunity Type
