Our boutique, relationship-focused team collaborates with top dental practices, providing you with personalized guided training, exam preparation assistance, and hands-on experience through temporary and temp-to-perm roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete our comprehensive dental assistant training program and prepare for DANB or state-specific certification exams.
• Assist dentists chairside with procedures and embrace the art of four-handed dentistry.
• Conduct basic radiography, impressions, sterilization, operatory setup, and follow infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Accurately document treatments, update patient records, and verify patient information using practice systems.
• Engage with patients through friendly communication, provide pre/post-op instructions, and ensure comfort during visits.
• Show flexibility by accepting temporary and temp-to-perm assignments at our partnering dental practices.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, privacy regulations, and safety procedures in all practice environments.
• Work closely with Indigo recruiters and practice managers for seamless onboarding and optimal performance in each role.

Essential Skills

• Experience in chairside dental assisting.
• Knowledge of dental radiography (x-rays).
• Understanding of four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization practices.
• Ability to handle dental impressions and models.
• Proficient in dental terminology and charting.
• Competence in electronic dental record documentation.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
• Effective time management skills in clinical settings.
